Update 2025: this app is updated weekly for
seemingly no reason whatsoever. Whoever manages this app development needs fired.

No longer works without an internet connection. Please reverse this change, it used to work! When riding rurally there often isn’t a mobile data network available. If someone needs to reconfigure the pedals in a remote area abroad, such as changing the crank arm length, they can’t do it with this new app version. It moans about requiring an internet connection and nothing will bypass this screen. Update: that’s my point, developer! If you take the pedals abroad to use on another bike in an area with NO internet, you can’t calibrate or set up the pedals! It’s completely stupid to require an internet connection and everybody knows it. The old app required NO internet connection after pedal registration and had the same features OFFLINE! Honestly, some people…

Had pedals for almost a month but haven’t been able to use them as cannot activate in app. Reach stage of inputting details and it always crashes (on two different Apple devices) stating that an unexpected error has occurred. Will have to return pedals if this cannot be resolved because at the moment all I have is very expensive spd-sls!

Would be better if already registered products are listed by default - even prior to connect - so you can see them all and serial numbers etc. 
Currently it starts with a popup about registering new product or already registered products. Registering a new product should be a separate button after first install. 

Also as others have reported, needing an internet connection should NOT be required for products already registered. That is just poor given the nature of the product and possible travel. 

Would like a proper battery value - including a number. Currently it’s a very basic (and tiny) gauge.

Apps works fine as do the (brilliant) pedals.

But please reclassify the app as Health and Fitness. As it’s ’Sports’ it goes in ’Entertsinment’ in iPhone App Library with music etc, rather than in with Strava, Garmin etc in the Health and Fitness category where it should be!
