## FAVES Buyer Description
Designed for boutique owners, fashion buyers, planners, and merchandisers, FAVES Buyer helps you capture product photos, product details, and buying decisions while ordering at markets, showrooms, trade shows, or buying online from wholesale vendors. Everything you discover, consider, or order stays organized in one place.

Stop Relying on Your Camera Roll at Market
Buying at market can quickly fill your phone with hundreds of product photos.
FAVES keeps every product, vendor, price, and delivery organized so you always know:
• What you've already ordered
• What you're still considering
• What fits your assortment
• How much you've spent
Avoid duplicate buys, forgotten items, and budget surprises.

Capture Products Faster
Start by taking a photo of the product, then capture the product tag to record key details.
FAVES can read information directly from the tag, such as:
• Cost price
• Style number
• Color
• Delivery month
• Barcode (when available)
This helps pre-fill product information while buying so you can record items quickly and complete the remaining details later.

Buy at Market or Online
Retail buying now happens everywhere, not just at trade shows.
FAVES helps you stay organized whether you're:
• Buying at markets
• Visiting showrooms
• Buying from wholesale websites
• Reviewing products after market
Simply capture your orders into FAVES and keep every buying decision organized in one place.

Plan Your Buying Season and Stay on Budget
FAVES helps you manage your entire buying process - from planning to placing orders.
With FAVES you can:
• Capture and organize product images and order details
• Search for products by brand, category, color, delivery, or notes
• Print product collections or export them to Excel
• Budget by category or brand
• Track spending against your buying budget
• Manage open-to-buy (OTB) budgets
• Upload products directly to Shopify when you're ready to add them to your store

Track What’s On Order
FAVES gives you visibility into your incoming inventory.
You can:
• Track what products are on order
• See when items are expected to arrive
• Mark products as received when they arrive in store
• Maintain a clear overview of upcoming deliveries
FAVES helps you stay organized before inventory reaches your POS or inventory system.

Collaborate With Your Team
Multiple-user support makes it easy for buying teams to stay in sync.
Your product images and buying decisions are immediately visible to colleagues - whether back home or across the trade show floor.
Teams can review purchases, comment on products, and coordinate buying decisions.
With FAVES Buyer as your assistant, you can curate your collection with confidence, knowing that you have a complete overview of your orders and deliveries.
Start capturing products in seconds, just take a photo, capture the tag, and organize your buys.

## FAVES Buyer Reviews in United States

### ***** "One of the best investments we’ve made"
The Faves app has been a fabulous investment for us. Real time budgeting without paperwork at market has been a game changer. I love being able to have a visual on our upcoming collections, to know exactly what didn’t arrive on time without digging through files, the ease of importing from wholesale websites and exporting directly to our point of sale. And Faves has the best customer service on the planet. Thank you, Ulla and team!
-- ModishStephanie, 2024-11-08

### ***** "Amazing app!"
Such a great app and tool that everyone in any kind of retail has to have!

### ***** "Game Changer"
This is def a game changer. Excellent way to track products ordered by vendor, by color, by delivery, etc. What I really love is how I can plug in my budget per category and track my spending/otb $$. All retailers need this app!!!
-- tollemar, 2023-02-24

### ***** "Best Market Open to Buy App available!"
The Faves Pro App is a game changer when it comes to tracking your purchases at chaotic wholesale markets. Not only can you capture and track your purchases with pictures (both the item and it’s price tag - the app is magical how it captures the info from the tag) but you can also track your budget for different clothing etc. categories on the fly AND it has an interface to Shopify. If you’re a Management One client, Faves Pro is a must have as you can enter your categories and OTB amounts and track them for individual months and seasons. Ulla is awesome and the support and response times are top notch. If you want to take your boutique to the next level, the Faves Pro app will help you get there.
-- Thomcraw, 2023-02-17

### ***** "If you own a boutique this is a must have app!!"
Most boutique owners are visual people and having an app that shows me an overview of all the pieces I’ve bought at market is a life saver. The owner and support team is easy to contact if I have any questions. Highly recommend!!
-- Julie: Vintage Soul TX, 2023-02-16

### ***** "Game changer"
Why did we wait so long to use this amazing inventory app. For the first time our incoming inventory is ORGANIZED. At the touch of a button we can access our budget that is calculated for us. What’s coming when, what month, which season. AND if that wasn’t enough- automatic uploads from FashionGo, Faire, Nuorder, Joor. This “little” app is an absolute workhorse and TIME SAVER. Love love love it.
-- Kelly2BG, 2022-03-23

### ***** "Must Have"
Love love love having Faves! Makes buying and budgeting so much easier. I love having all of my inventory (incoming and received) info right at my fingertips too. Can’t recommend Faves enough…and the customer service is top notch!!
-- StylishSouthern&Sassy, 2021-10-21

### ***** "Amazing app!"
If you’re a boutique owner, this app is a must have. I enter my inventory as I order & this app is a life saver for keeping track of outstanding orders. Then, when my order arrives, simply upload to Shopify. Saves me so much time & headaches!
-- SRC27, 2021-10-10

### ***** "Amazing"
This app is saving me so much time! I’m just getting started and I’m already obsessed!! If you are a boutique owner, get on board!!
