The app was great before gave you a few before asking for the better version with the payments and you couldn’t do anymore but now it’s forcing you to pay or you can’t even use the app at all I’m giving this a four so that people may see this. I used to like this app but now what’s the point if i can’t even use it at all

I feel like when you're paying for an app especially one to watch videos, it should allow you to watch vids w/o internet or service. Plus any vid shouldn't lag or just not playable even when switching "players". They still have much to improve on but the $5+ they take and there hasn't been any real fixes is irritating.

Saved tt videos take a while to play or don’t play at all also when scrolling through saved videos video freezes and you have to exit full screen view and get redirected to beginning of saves. Other than that it’s not a bad app.

This app is great, all though I found 2 bugs. If your watching a video and you delete it while still watching it it kinda becomes like a black screen and it doesn’t allow you to swipe up or down, seems like a rendering error to me and the other one is sometimes if you try to delete a video it kind of freezes and it doesn’t delete, sometimes, it affects other videos if you try to delete it, sometimes it won’t fix itself, until you reopen the app.

This is tbh my favorite app. I can download videos from mostly anywhere. I pay for premium $2.99 and it’s so worth it! But if I try to download links/ music from SoundCloud only the link to the song is saved but not the song itself. Please fix this feature. otherwise a great app and cheap investment!!

I stopped using it when it started adding features and changing stuff, came back after a while and my new first impression is that it will be insufferable after it refused to give me an X or an opt out option when greeting me with the membership offer. I literally could not move forward in the app without applying for the free membership, had to cancel immediately after if let me in the app just so I don't get charged just to get into the app too.

Doesn’t allow you to save anything until to you make a purchase. But a year ago I used the app freely  with no charge, and now I’m unable to save anything unless I want to pay. Also when asked if I wanted to do the 7-day trial I chose to go through with it, but instead of waiting till the trial was over it automatically charged me. This app has definitely downgraded since. Wouldn’t recommend.

I loved this app, when i got it at first it was free to enter! with the limit of 3 downloads, and limited  storage.  I sent my boyfriend this app today, and it had a pop up right as opening the app, claiming that there's a free 7 day trial, and at the bottom underlined "no charges today.". I told him just to press that so he can just use it to download a video, and so he can enjoy the perks as well. You would think there would be no charges today, but wrong! 54.11 charged to my card ( bf has my card in his apple wallet) I'm a broke college student !! and i don't appreciate my boyfriend being blatantly lied too, and i getting robbed of 54$  !! I made a dispute already, but i'm really upset, that this app is lying to people , just straight up. Seems to be a frequent problem with users being charged despite being told they aren't going to be charged ! i don't see any attempt to fix this issue. Please resolve this, before you get sued for false advertisement.
