Not able to send fax. Tried multiple times for several days!!!! Even renewed subscription!! So disappointing!!!!

Keep getting fax failure message
I’ve tried faxing at home, no internet issues (I work from home) drove to Staples to send it and we again got a fax failure check internet. Then went to the office where everybody is on line and still got the same error of failure to send, check internet.
Doesn’t recognize connection to WiFi
Useless. Won’t send a fax as a result.
App not working. Support not helping
App isn’t sending faxes anymore. I contacted support and they’re not helping at all. Used to work great. Not sure what happened but I paid for the subscription again thinking maybe it had expired. Problem still persists so I double paid and doesn’t work anymore.
0 customer service it doesn’t work
After paying for my subscription the app keeps saying I don’t have internet and it fails, making it impossible to access any of the content I paid for. On top of that, there is absolutely no customer service support available to help with any issues. I have tried reaching out multiple times through the only channel and have received no response. Save your money and steer clear of this app. It's not worth the frustration.
