Doesn’t recognize connection to WiFi

Useless. Won’t send a fax as a result.

App not working. Support not helping

App isn’t sending faxes anymore. I contacted support and they’re not helping at all. Used to work great. Not sure what happened but I paid for the subscription again thinking maybe it had expired. Problem still persists so I double paid and doesn’t work anymore.

0 customer service it doesn’t work

After paying for my subscription the app keeps saying I don’t have internet and it fails, making it impossible to access any of the content I paid for. On top of that, there is absolutely no customer service support available to help with any issues. I have tried reaching out multiple times through the only channel and have received no response. Save your money and steer clear of this app. It's not worth the frustration.

Awesome app

Highly recommend this app , very helpful and very useful.

Not happy

I purchased this app in 2018 it was supposed to be a one time Purchase, I never had to buy credits or pay a subscription fee. I went to use the app today and all of the sudden I need to purchase a subscription for something I used a couple times a year.

Keeps saying check internet connection

No support whatsoever, can’t send any fax

This has taken my money; I don’t see an option to buy credits in settings and as a result, I can’t fax my forms.
