## Fax Pro Reviews in United States

### *---- "Bait and switch"
The app offered a credit based service.
Now they switch to a subscription model, erasing everyone’s credits. On top of that, users were not informed about this change.
Now they are offering a one year subscription, which is nowhere close to the value in credits I used to own.
-- Doppelkopfler, 2024-10-21

### **--- "SEND - NOT RECEIVE"
I don’t know anyone that needs a fax app that does not want the ability to send and receive. i’m currently waiting for a refund. I gave two stars instead of just one because the customer service was very fast snd friendly.
-- Mami Sakura, 2024-04-18

### *---- "SCAM! Not free and the faxes hang and no refunds."
DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!
-- samoyedprincess, 2024-03-27

### *---- "SCAM"
It doesn’t deserve any stars. I needed to get one form by fax for our business. I sent one page from myself to myself to make sure it worked. I never received the business fax form. I purchased a 1-year subscription and was billed $359.48 and another $3.24. That’s fraud and I will report it!
-- Frankie J's Nanna, 2024-03-23

### *---- "Buyer Beware"
I am unable to unsubscribe. And now I’m beholden to pay 31.86 if I want to download apps on my iPhone .. Why am I unable to UNSUBSCRIBE?
-- MMCCM800, 2024-03-20

### *---- "Useless App"
This app doesn’t work as advertised. I have attempted to send several faxes from my phone and they are never delivered. This purchase was a waste of time and money.
-- SkeetoBandicoot, 2023-11-29

### ***** "It makes life easy"
I really enjoy using this form in the way of faxing because it is very convenient.
-- GenuisGirl, 2023-09-18

### ***** "Could not be better"
Excellent app.
-- lscico, 2022-05-06

### ***** "TO EASY"
Omg, this is the greatest thing since the Microwave! Thank you
-- Mrs Grier, 2022-02-10

### *---- "Rip off !!!"
I was charged $39 for for something I didn’t order. Now I have to dispute it to get my money back!
