I had cancelled the subscription within 1 week of timeframe but I am still being charged the full subscription amount after a week. Please refund.

$4.80 a week is a lot, I just want to send one fax , maybe three in a year….
Charged weekly to use
Sends faxes quick and easy great!! but you get charged weekly to use the app
Got charged UNsubscribing
Used it one time. Got charged twice for the subscription. Then I unsubscribed but still had it on my phone. I got charged again 17$ for no reason. Hopefully removing the app will stop this nonsense.
Successful fax - unreasonable weekly charge
I downloaded this because I needed to test a fax machine. I understood the cost would be $.49 per fax. I probably saw a warning, but did not realize that I would be charged a $15 weekly fee for its existence on my phone. I sent no other fax, but was charged two times for the weekly fee before I saw my credit card bill.
Payment
Trying to get a refund for the subscription as it stated 8,99 but was charged 49,99. The form to contact is not working.
Not work!
Prepared documents three times to send and everytime app just closed. Such a waste of time.
Delivered but not Delivered
Try to send fax and says that it is Delivered… Send me a confirmation… but the receiver never reveived it… I confirm twice the fax number.
No option to unsubscribe
I downloaded and paid to just send ONE fax but now that i want to unsubscribe and delete the app cuz i will never need to send a fax again i dont see the option anywhere in the app. And there’s a contact us option that doesnt get anywhere
Need to stop service
I snt fax to my client , bcz my fax machine was broke, client find paper there office , I like this app But now I don’t need this app anymore how I remove my payment card from this app or stop service in future. I didn’t see any option in app settings
