## Fax.Plus Reviews in United States

### *---- "Misleading Credit System – Feels Like a Ripoff"
I recently downloaded this fax app and created a new account because they advertised 10 free faxes for new users. However, after sending just 3 faxes, I was told I was out of credit. Thinking it might be a glitch, I purchased $8 worth of credit, which the app claimed would give me 40 pages worth of faxing.

Unfortunately, things only got worse. Each fax I sent started deducting 3 to 4 credits per page, not per fax, which was never clearly communicated. This made me feel like I was being ripped off, as the actual credit usage didn’t match what was promised.

Overall, the experience has been very disappointing, and I do not recommend this app unless they become more transparent about their credit usage and fix the misleading claims. What should have been a simple solution turned into a frustrating waste of money.
-- Salman Qamar, 2025-05-29

### *---- "Huge"
Do not pay them. It is garbage
-- Mark manhattan, 2025-05-21

### *---- "Mentiroso"
No es gratis te cobra
-- JUAN :3:16, 2025-05-09

### **--- "Fax"
Just trying it out it’s not clear don’t know why I had a 7 page fax pdf file and I never did that hope it’s not a trick to get money from me right away if it’s supposed to have free pages at first.
-- Supreme Services, 2025-04-18

### *---- "Buy a fax machine"
Didn’t confirm sent & no help response
-- BillyJim DoD, 2025-04-12

### *---- "Receipt not available"
I cannot receive a receipt to print for taxes. The instructions they give do not work.
-- NWMLD, 2025-04-09

### ***** "Bad Business Practice"
I upgraded to basic and have set it up to use for my business. All of sudden, I got logged out and my fax number is gone. The account became free account. All my business materials printed to use this fax number. I tried to contact the company, no response.

-- Unhappy Kookie, 2025-03-29

Bro. BRO. This app is crazy good. Took a pic of my doc, and BOOM, it looked like I scanned it with some high-end office scanner. Like, HOW. Get this app, now.
