### *---- "Where are the people?"
This has nothing to do with my Dietian they are amazing and I’ve changed a lot of habits and am seeing progress. I give this one star because Fay is being real shady with people and money, they are overcharging my insurance and they don’t have a phone number, email address, or anyway for me to contact a HUMAN. They keep giving me billing inquiry forms to fill out and I get an automated response with no hope of a HUMAN fixing my billing problem. Their estimate is also a lie as they quoted me at 8 dollars per session and I am paying more than 10 times than their estimate which they never cued me into until they started charging me. Unfortunately there is something very shady happening with Fay, and I will like to reiterate this has nothing to do with the Dietians as they are great, but if you can’t afford 90 dollars per session I don’t recommend using Fay as your insurance might not cover it!

I feel so much better after 2 months.  Weight loss is steady and stable at 6 lbs a month.  I’m seeing blood sugar normalize and blood pressure is stable after dangerously high spikes prior to correcting nutrient imbalances.  My nutritionist, Shelly, is awesome!  This is the best health decision I’ve ever made.

This helped to connect me to a great nutritionist. She’s knowledgeable and we work together on simply reeducating myself on food. The app itself is easy to use. And it accepts my insurance!

### ***** "Love the Concept…but the App Needs MAJOR Work!!!!!"
I love the concept of this app, and if I could rate the nutritionist separately, she would get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars for (Ashlee Tesson)!! 

However, the app itself has become much harder to use over the past year. It used to offer seamless Apple Watch syncing and other tracking features that made it intuitive and efficient and synced with Apple health app. 

Unfortunately, those have been removed, and now the app feels clunky and less user-friendly.

The previous design was also more visually appealing, with better colors and a cleaner layout. I really hope the developers bring back the functionality and ease of use that made the app great. 

Looking forward to future improvements in 2025!

I love how my nutritionist Charissa Lim, RD, has so much knowledge of the things we spoke spoke about. My nutritionist has given me so great information. She kind and cares about the people that are coming to her. She tries to see what is best for you. She ask questions to make sure she can help you

I was very hesitant to sign up for a RD but said why not let me give it a try when I saw the Instagram ad. I love my RD Sarah Kim. She is great! So nice and thorough and really breaks things down to a level that o can understand. Each of my visits have been pretty cheap with going through insurance so that's always a plus ! Highly recommend Fay

Breta Alstrom is amazing and also licensed in a bunch of states. She’s honestly been better for me than my therapist. Soo understanding and has a really smart way of breaking things down, problem solving, and getting food to work for you. I was door dashing every day and she helped me actually start cooking and has saved me about $2000 a month. Well worth it! She’ll even body double if you need accountability to shop, go over your food budge, or clean out your fridge!
