These People are a total Fraud. Don't ever invest in Faysal Funds. When ever you apply for redemption they will say that you will get your money in one day. But in reality they atleast take 15 to 20 days for redemption and every time it was a technical glitch or something like that. They are a total Fraud. Specially don’t trust Ms Ayesha Faisal (Assistant Manager Customer Experience) and Mr Muhammad Ahmad (Area Team Leader Central)

Firstly, I hope the team @Faysal Bank reads this & performs actionable steps towards improvement.

The login method Is quite secure & I find it perfect. 

The problem that I see with the application Is that there is no way to keep track of your "Overtime Profit/Loss Accumulation" 

A day to day update should be performed for each user, to be able to visualise how they're Investments are performing.

I've had to take screenshots of my growing Investment every-day to find a 30 day average amount, this is not only lengthy but not at all sustainable for the user.

I highly suggest your team looks into this concern, rest the app functions well & performs the "basic" applicators responses well.
