Great idea but the app won’t open. you fill out the info and close the app and it will not reopen

I downloaded and put in all of my child’s information at the same time then an hour later went to open the app and it won’t open, just see the title page screen infinitely. Tried restarting my phone too. Nothing works.

App is not working. Freezes on iPhone.

It just sits there. Pretty worthless. I’m going to delete. My tinfoil hat makes me think this is just a way for the FBI to access our 📞.

Why not have a database where we can login as parents and keep this on file long term, ppl are constantly getting new phones, phones break, etc. Should be able to add the option of our children’s fingerprints as well. Maybe eyes scanned? Funny how I can skip the line in an airport with an eye scanner that can identify me but all you have for children are photos to be taken and no database to hold this info long term?

App will not open; CRASHES every time! Please UPDATE FBI???

I loved this app but now it doesn’t work. It won’t even open properly so I can’t view or update my child’s information. In its current state, it is completely useless!

I really like this idea and had it all filled out, then when I went to update it it won’t open anymore. Ugh. Please update this and put more effort into improving this app. The way it is now I don’t feel very confident that keeping our kids safe is a very high priority for thr FBI…

Nice app to have for when children go missing. Easy to use.

After information is initially entered, if you exit and try and get back in, the app doesn’t open just shows logo. No way to enter additional information. Worthless.
