I paid Culers premium fee - but never got the membership
Five days ago I bought the Culers premium membership in order to buy my first Barcelona match tickets. But after paying, I never received the welcome email and so I don’t have the information I need to purchase tickets through it. I have sent four emails to Barcelona but only received one unhelpful answer. Furthermore, the process of getting a membership and buying tickets is extremely tedious and frustrating. On my culer account page I am requested a Member key and Personal Code. When trying to buy tickets I am requested a Membership Number and af Membership Code. (See images below.) The only I did get, since I haven't received the confirmation email after paying the culer premium membership, is a Culer ID. These are 5 different things, or different terms at least, and I only have one of them! I am utterly confused and a somewhat frustrated that this is so difficult and so time consuming - and that the customer service is so bad.
Can’t log in
Dear FC Barcelona. I’ve downloaded the app and everything goes right until I have to log in. I have a Culer premium membership but when I click on log in it says I have to enable tracking. But I’ve already enabled it. I don’t know how to log in then. Please help me. Thanks

Can’t login in the app. It’s demanding location service and when added it requires it again. No way to login :-(.
