I paid for premium subscriptions in August 2022 and I still don't have it active (January 2023). On my Apple account there is information that I have an active premium subscription, money has been deducted from the card, and in the application there is information that I only have a standard plan. Money wasted and support doesn't respond to messages, so I'm writing here...
