Version 5.19.0 broke the app.
Ever since the newest version of the app. 5.19.0, the app won’t even launch. Was always perfect and had no issues, now I just routinely get “unknown error” and the app won’t load. I’ve now discovered that the app won’t load due to having a VPN on my phone. When it’s disabled, the app works. Very unnecessary to have done this. Development team needs to address this issue.

Update März 2023: noch immer muss jedes mal der login neu eingegeben werden! noch immer das problem das man ständig ausgeloggt wird. (vor allem nervig bei fcb tv plus) wann gibt es eine lösung für das problem?
Authentifizierung
Neue Version, gleiches Problem: Die Authentifizierung geht ständig verloren, das nervt. Wozu authentifiziert man sich eigentlich per FaceID bei der App, wenn man trotzdem jedes Mal manuell das Kennwort eintippen muss, wenn man den Mitgliedsausweis anzeigen will? Und wenn man Tickets kaufen will, wird man auf eine Webseite umgeleitet, auf der man sich separat anmelden muss. Für eine App im Jahr 2023 ist das arg schwach!

Ich wäre dafür das man mit den sponsoren redet und in der app gewisse Werbungen schaltet dafür aber auch gewisse spiele kostenlos zum anschauen bereit stellt
