Hands down the worst mobile banking app I’ve ever used in my life, to the point where I’m considering switching banks because I cannot deal with the unreliability anymore. More often than not, when I need to check my account, the app has “system errors” or simply will not open. It’s unacceptable how long this app has been barely functional. -- CCB261992, 2024-05-27 ### *---- "Terrible" As others have noted, FCCB took over my local bank. App rarely works all the time and is currently not working. Mobile First seems to be a foreign concept to FCCB. -- Gogghuf, 2023-09-19 ### *---- "8:00 pm - 8:00am EST" Can't access account because it can't connect to system. I know it's not my Internet because I'm writing this review. -- WickedVisage, 2023-09-05 ### **--- "Fix your app!!" It only works when it wants to. They took over my old bank that had a far superior app. This app is terrible. Even when it does work, it’s painfully slow. Probably going to switch banks. -- DianneCB, 2023-08-31 ### *---- "Customers" Not easy!! =not happy customer! I’ll have to go to the branch and have the manager help me! Travel time= 1 hour!! -- mr happy of belize, 2023-08-17 ### *---- "Update Does Not Work" This app worked reliably for me from 2021 to a month so ago, circa March 2023. Now cannot even download the new version. I have two accounts at FCCB and am also shareholder. You really need to get this fixed. There are other users having the same problem as I am! This really needs to get fixed! -- Never clean enough, 2023-06-05 ### *---- "Crashing" I’ve been trying to open your app for the past hour now. I’ve had many times when your app won’t open and just crashes. Can you please figure out why? This is the time of technology yet your app, a banking app, crashes all the time. I’m considering on switching banks on this. -- Jer.Walther, 2023-03-20 ### *---- "Does not work." I have not been able to log in at all I put in my account number and password and the app closes. Sometimes I can’t even put in the account number and it closes or it just sits there and loads for a long time I’ve waited 20 minutes before closing the app again. It definitely needs updated or fixed or something. -- HelpRuby, 2023-02-25 ### ***-- "Thumb scan no longer works or not accepting finger scans" Needs fixed -- zlvdogdfgjfcncncg, 2021-02-27 ### *---- "Horrible" Prompted to put in a pin but now app won’t work at all. -- wormisthebomb, 2020-08-31 [View all FCCB reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
