• View balances and set dollar limits or block certain purchase types
• Set up transaction alerts via email, text or push notifications
• Turn card on/off with Card Controls

• Direct access to your FCCU Rewards profile with an FCCU Rewards Credit Card
• Change your PIN quickly, when needed, under Manage Card
• Set up Pay In-Store easily by pushing your card info to Apple Wallet

This app just turns off face recognition at random times. Very annoying.

My account has been used repeatedly without my authorization, and every time I call they just transfer to another department, banks don’t own lawyers, but the moment you work for a bank they own any idea you have. You can’t invent anything while under contract, but it’s a contract they can void at anytime. I know this from past experiences, I was a temp at Bank of America, they made me work the craziest work schedule. I worked for bank Wells Fargo and caught a charge that they won’t take ownership for, I was never a temp for them and somehow they keep opening account with my information. You want to know how bank make money, they take ownership over something that you never put a price on by making you sign a contract that has no legal claws. Lawyers will always cover it up because they can be bought, just like a judge. I have no family left. How much is my life worth to a bank. Nothing. I was always born to be the other option, the question that has no answer. I’m tired of this Cold War. Someone just do me a favor. Take me out. 🎤

FCCU lacks in-house resources and trained employees. I have been dealing with a VISA debit issue since August 31st 2023. They continue to deactivated my card for “suspicious” activity without contacting me to verify first. They don’t over night cards. They recommended that I go to a share branch to do withdrawals each day until the debit arrives. Meaning I have to take a risk and withdrawal cash daily (not all places accept cash). I had to escalate my issue to a SVP in order for her to instruct me on how to get my newly ordered debit to my Apple wallet. 

Fast forward to Sept 11, 2023 they have now deactivated my digital debit card while at dinner. I have been use the digital wallet since August 31, 2023. Their only resolution was to call back at 8AM because VISA can’t explain why FCCU has my card deactivated.

I was almost done signing up but when i went to put in “Texas” for the state, it said please enter a valid state. I refreshed the app and tried again multiple times, and I even deleted the app and redownloaded but it still wont work. Please help !!!

This app is great in theory, but terrible in execution. No matter what inset the alerts to, I get ALL alerts. Right now I only want alerts for transactions over $500 and I get alerts for every single transaction that happens on the card. I called support, got bounced around for 4 weeks and then got told that I reached the wrong support group. I called that number supplied in the app!!!  I called FCCU directly and they took my info and never called me back. If you want an app that alerts you every time the card is used, go for it. If you want an app you can control and only alert you when you want it to, forget it.

Oh, and BTW, I wrote a review early on and it got erased. So not only are they not fixing this broken app, they don’t want critical reviews either. Good for them.
