## FEC Mobile Reviews in United States

### *---- "Crash"
App doesn’t even work anymore. It’ll open, and then immediately crashes. No point in even having it anymore because you have to find the website, login, and pay that way. What’s the point?
-- From: Baileyyyyyy, 2023-04-29

### *---- "No longer opens"
Same complaint as the other longtime user but after the last update the app closes as soon as it opens
-- jr's apple, 2023-04-19

### *---- "No longer opens"
I’ve had the app since about 2018. Out of the blue last month, it stopped working. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the same issues occur.

It gives off a notification, I go to check it and the app opens and then closes right back. I haven’t been able to post my bill via app since or find this “notification”.
-- Lady Major 3, 2023-03-19

### *---- "Face Recognition"
App does not load when using face recognition. I believe that a second screen loads that is asking for an ok before loading app that prevents face recognition to work properly.
-- FamilyJuhls, 2023-03-06

### *---- "No success!"
Downloaded the app on my iPhone, and now can’t get the app to do anything. 😡😡
-- southern soul Scott, 2022-06-28

### **--- "App looks nicer but functionality still lacking"
The update Usage Graph is not helpful. Previously I could see exact kWh usage per day, now I can only see bars that do not specify exact usage per day. Only one/two axis' are listed as "50kWh" or "100kWh". I don't want to know if we used somewhere between 50-100kWh, I want to know if we used 65, 72 or 89...
-- DMRink0301, 2015-07-08

### *---- "Doesn't work on iPad"
Cannot open it so totally useless.
-- Al2000000000, 2014-01-26

### *---- "Not compatible !!"
App not working on the iPod Touch. So much for convenience
-- geverixm, 2013-09-09

### *---- "Needs Fixed"
Although it states that it supports the Ipod Touch, it doesn't.
Hope this gets fixed soon. It would be a very useful app to have.

**UPDATE**
Was told this would be fixed. A month later..STILL waiting!
