Pathetic service
They’re holding my parcel at their storage facility and denied delivery to my address which they got paid for.
They’re bullying me to drive to them and pickup the parcel. They never attempted single delivery and the parcel kept sitting in their store for 10 days now .
Garbage service.

Constant issues
App constantly requests that I enter a confirmation code despite having the box checked to trust this device. When the code does arrive, the app crashes immediately after entering the code. App has to be restarted to be used. This happens every single time I open it.
No longer works in Canada
The app was automatically closing every time I tried to open it so I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it says not available in my country… I guess that is why it wouldn’t open

worst service ever, they delayed 3 times, they couse the reason for cqnceling order is that i want home, but i was there all the time, without coming to house they just cancelled the order...they did this 3 days jn a row

Never worked on iPhone. Even the website. Have communicated with customer service but nothing changed. They don't care what's the customers needed.
