Super fedt 😍

This is by far the worst app and service I’ve ever had the displeasure of engaging with. Topped only by the absolut madness that is the FedEx customer support bot. Could you do us all the pleasure and just drop the facade of being “customer friendly”. I can somewhat appreciate the blatantly obvious solution to reducing customer support tickets by making it literally impossible to get hold of an actual human being. But then just fully accept the role of the evil empire, that you already are, and hire Darth Vader to force choke any customer who dares to try and enquirer about their missing packages. With all sincerity go hug a moving freight train!

Nothing works

Almost Nothing is working in this app or on their website when we want to manage a shipment and customs, now I see why it has a very low score on AppStore!

Efter sidste opdatering fryser den bare med et fint FedEx logo på skærmen. Inden opdateringen kunne man ikke ligge ind i appen,selvom bruger og kode var rigtigt. Virkede fint på hjemmesiden.

Hvor laver man log in ? Ingen steder.

In order to use the FedEx app, you must link your email address(es) - when you do this, you are giving FedEx access to read emails in your mailbox! No thanks

Nothing works - what a waste of time

Kundeservice lytter ikke og glemte at sende min pakke til tiden, fordi de ikke videre gav informationerne. Ved ikke engang om jeg får min pakke. Websiten virker heller ikke. Utroligt noget kan være så dårligt. Hvis det er muligt, så undgå at brug FedEx. De er til at brække sig over.

I have recieved an email saying that i have recieved my package, but i havent. I cant call them because they dont have a phone number. I cant send an email because they dont have an email address. This would never happen in Denmark. I dont get why this company is still in business. Bad reviews everywhere.
