Die App ist eine Katastrophe!
Paket verfolgen geht ja. Dies dann als Favorit markieren steht zwar mit dem Stern zur Verfügung. Gespeichert wird die Nr. aber nicht. Beim nächsten Zugriff muss die Nr.  wieder eingegeben werde.
Mal davon abgesehen sollten die Pakete aber eigentlich automatisch angezeigt werde - die Mail-Adresse ist ja bekannt!?
Zustellgenehmigung online anpassen? Fehlanzeige! Geht bei Post(CH)/DPD/UPS aber nicht bei Fedex?
Und 2FA mit Mail/SMS ist ja ok - allerdings fehlt hier die heute übliche Variante mit einem Authenticator.

Absolut unbrauchbare Chatbots, welche einem im Kreis führen und für private ohne Kundennummer den Kontakt mit Support verhindern sollen.
Funktionen wie Verzögern der Sendung „nicht verfügbar“ und undbrauchbare Chatbots machen die Fedexdienste im Vergleich zu UPS , DPD einfach nich brauchbar.

Was für Idioten arbeiten den dort das man einen Zettel ausfüllen muss und noch zusenden muss damit man die Ware statt heute üblich per app einen neuen Termin vereinbart und es noch zusätzlich dem Kurier geben soll. Also echt das letzte ich kann es nicht glauben das hier überhaupt überleben könnt bei der Konkurrenz... Bei so einem Service hoffe ich das ihr pleite geht.

Es ist einfach nur lausig das man die Zustell-Genehmigung nicht via Apps und auch via Computer erteilen kann sondern einen Papier Zettel ausfüllen muss nach dem der Kurier da war anscheinend habt ihr genügend Diesel Reserven zum in der Umwelt zu verpuffen 
Statt man schon bei der ersten Ankündigung die Genehmigung erteilen könnte für die Zustellung wenn man nicht zuhause ist und so unnötige Ressourcen verbraucht für nichts und wieder nichts in der heutigen Zeit

Für die Benützung musste ich ein Fedex Konto eröffnen. Das habe ich versucht. Fedex braucht aber für die Neuregistrierung eine Kundennummer. Diese bekomme ich aber erst nach der Kontoeröffnung. Fedex ist schon immer so kunden-un-freundlich gewesen. Hätte ich mir denken können.
