Barely works - fails to update - error on everything
Every single action it says “this action cannot be completed” on some it then says “update now this version not supported”, but I did the update in App Store and it said “update failed try again” - after five goes I gave up - and I have an account that the app is logged into and an up to date iphone. Only can conclude the app is no good.

I thought evri was more dangerous but clearly it’s fedex terrible app and they don’t ensure to take a picture at every delivery what sort of shipping company does that they give the option to check image you attempt just to find out days later there is no picture taken upon delivery and sign for your packages at residence when they should hand all packages to reception leading to packages being stolen
Could not create account
It’s annoying enough that the app requires you to create an account just to scan a barcode to track a parcel, it’s even more annoying that it then refuses to create the account.
I assume this is because its UI does not check the length of the password or secret question fields. However I don’t have time to figure out why it’s not working if I’m not being paid to do so

Scanned a barcode. Didn’t work.
Typer manual number - no option to do anything useful with delayed package. Only surprised people have rated this more than 1 star. Recommend a user centred design approach!!
Useless!
All I get is the FedEx logo then it crashes and the app closes, so I can’t get into it to even attempt to manage / track deliveries. Had a delivery recently which I kept missing as I’d had no notifications about at all but when it finally arrived I had an app notification telling me it had been delivered! 🤦🏻♀️

This app and the company as a whole is useless.
I’m not wasting any further time on this complete shambles.
This app is as bad as FedEx’s service
It’s slow, it doesn’t work, except when it does work but tells you it didn’t. They send you an email after your parcel isn’t delivered to re-arrange or send to a pick up location, but when you sign up for the app no such option exists.
Perhaps if they operated like a legitimate company like DPD and gave an estimated hourly slot with live vehicle tracking then one wouldn’t even need to go through with this rigmarole.
God I hate this company.
Terrible App
App isn’t even allowing me to use paste to insert the tracking number, you have to be joking?? I had other users try too with the same result. If this is the state of the app does it call into question the whole service? Think I’ll stick with Royal Mail going forwards, shame
Told to download it to choose a delivery option
After farming all my personal information, there was no option to choose a delivery option, as stated on FedEx’s own card.
So I’ll leave a note on the door.
Expletives aren’t allowed, but what a waste of time.

What is the point of tracking in this app when there is no way of managing delivery options and you have to go to the website to do this anyway?
