Impossible to report missing package in uk!! It won’t recognise uk phone numbers. Setting up auto fill only partly works. Why wouldn’t they try the app on iOS before issuing and as for Apple’s vetting process that’s a laugh!

The app said my parcel would be delivered early today and i had to change my plans so that i would be home for the delivery but about 5 hours past the 4 hour window given and im confused only to check the app and see that its been rearranged to be delivered the next day. disappointing.

Not sure if all parcel companies use the same vegetables to create their apps, but this one is in the same league of utter rubbish; it doesn’t even open on iPhone; just crashes immediately. Absolute trash.

App just doesn’t work. Won’t let you log in or track shipments. Totally pointless so I’ve deleted.

Missed delivery forced me to download this app and register. It still couldn’t find reference number. I’m surprised Apple allows so low quality apps to stay in AppStore. Useless

It’s all been said in the other reviews. It’s clunky, unreliable and barely works. A bit sad in this day and age of AI and user expectation.

Fedex won’t deliver your parcel, they will hold it for days befire sending it back. I wouldn’t advise anyone using this servies if you can call it a service. Don’t be scammed by this corrupt mob.

This is probably the worst app I have ever used… it is totally useless. You cannot amend a delivery, update delivery options nor does it accurately show where your parcel is! Don’t bother ringing them either it just tells you to use the tracking link! 🙄. I’ve been waiting in for 2 days and still no parcel.

Works for basic parcel tracking but trying to login with an UK Fedex account results in an error saying “The action you requested couldn’t be completed. Please try again”. Garbage.

I would give no stars if possible. Says parcel delivered with no proof. Says parcel was delivered to a nearby place but doesn’t say where. Card through door says it’s gone back to the depot. Won’t let me report a missing parcel saying my phone number is invalid haha I’ve had this number 20 years. Very confusing, delivered or not? No email address to write/complain to and can only talk to a computer generated answer machine. Load of rubbish.
