Login issues
I have had this app for months and I don’t recall logging on successfully even having changed my password. It turned out to be a useless app for me where it could’ve been very useful.

I have had this app for months and I don’t recall logging on successfully even having changed my password. It turned out to be a useless app for me where it could’ve been very useful.
For most functions you are redirected to website….. App has zero purpose….
Every time it updates i have to reload all info and set id to access, really a bit ridiculous

The most useless app I have ever seen! Once you have struggled through the login process, you faced with a useless app that seamlessly let you change your picture?! The is no useful functions in the app, you can't manage your vault/wallet, you can't submit a claim, you can't get pre-admissions. If you manage to get to an advanced function, you are diverted to a website to login again?? Really Fedhealth?? You are not a cheap medical aid and we the customer expect more from you for the price we pay! In the time we live in your app is suppose to give us all the functions related to your business, from managing your vault/wallet to submitting claims! Come now Fedhealth, time to wake up and get with the time. Maybe this the motivation to move to a different medical aid...

I have registered twice but cannot login. App keeps prompting me to register
Since my last review there has been an update to the app, but the issue I was experiencing has not been addressed and I still can’t register on the app. Here in the App Store, nothing happens when you tap for app support. I have even sent an email to Fedhealth’s customer care and have had no response. I just want to register myself in the app. Who would think you’d have to jump through so many hoops and still not be able to register. Sort it out, guys.
The upgrade is such a let down honestly. It hardly even manages to load on the first go. Maybe on the 3rd of 4th it decides to open. I actually don’t even bother with it anymore, I automatically use The Family Room.
