Problems with Sync. Support not answering

I have a problem with Sync on my iPhone XS. I wrote to support and they advised basic things, but when I answered that I have checked that, then silence. I even have tried to ping them twice but still nothing. I do not recommend if sync is important to you.

All you need

It’s an awesome app allowing you to register anything you need about your baby. Syncing between devices is invaluable (both mum and dad can enter the data and see the charts)

Very helpful app

I absolutely love this app! Having twins born prematurely it is particularly important for me to track all their feedings, changing diapers and mesurments. The application is very well made with all the features working perfectly. It is user friendly and have some additional wow functions that makes it fun to use.

Especially for feeding. It Would be ideal if the app Would allow to group separate feedings into one feeding sesion manually also to have better reports on routines and in case fed from both L and R at one feeding.
