This app is probably one of the worst I’ve ever used. Starting with the interface, it’s extremely simple, which is an OK feature, but it’s not intuitive at all. The main reason for the one star vote, however, is the fact I am never able to sync the app at night, so I don’t have updated information from my husband and my caregivers. The sync server is always off-line, especially at night, when I need it the most. Do not download this app, you have to manually sync it every time you switch shifts with your partner or caregiver. It’s absolutely the worst.
Great while it lasted
This was awesome before the updated stopped. Can’t add a third baby and there’s no help or support
Information keeps deleting
I’ve had this app since October and loved it until all my hours of logging disappeared not only once but three times recently. I’ve reached out on facebook and no one has gotten back to me in over a month.
Best app I’ve ever downloaded
Has everything you need to track your baby. Medication, food, sleep and a journal.
The app I didn’t know I needed
I love this app I use it religiously to track my newborns sleep, feeds and voids. I came across this app by accident. I was using a contraction tracking app and then once I delivered my baby give me the option to download this app and I just did it and I’m so glad I did.
Easy and straight forward.
It’s easy to use, customizable as to which window opens first I use it for timing breastfeeding, timing naps and documenting poops. Works great. I like how the screen goes dark for nighttime feedings.
Going to another app now after 9 months of logs GONE!
Well I’m finally done. Done with this crappy app and its inconsistency. I’ve now accidentally deleted my child’s profile and all the history for the last almost 9 months. It makes sense why this app is so CHEAP and only a ONE TIME CHARGE. I appreciate the one time charge but truly you get what you pay for with this app! I’m sharing my experience so no one else experiences the lack of assistance, customer service and most of all the app lacking consistency and reliability. I constantly had to toggle between the two profiles which I asked multiple times via support email for assistance in either deleting the wrong profile so I only have to access the one with no response, solution or ANYTHING! Multiple times your syncing wasn’t working(between Apple Watch and iPhone/app) AND the app constantly logged me out of the correct baby. I dealt with the headache until last night when I accidentally deleted the last 9 months of logs. I’m so heartbroken! 😭😭🚨 SINCERELY, your dissatisfied customer no longer. Going to another app now! I have ONE STAR BECAUSE: I will say, it was a great app for at least the first 3-6 months as I don’t recall experiencing too many if any issues. Maybe it’s built to only work properly for the first 6 months cuz they don’t wanna be bothered after that for the price they charge?
Ideal for OCD parents!
Love being able to track nursing sessions, medicines, setting alarms for medicines and the ability to sync with my husbands app so we can each add info throughout the day. Bonus that we can track growth too.
Easy to use during a not so easy time!
The app is super simple and efficient. It makes tracking a newborn’s information as easy as can be!
