Ever since 2023 it’s no longer update 90% of the feeds
Ever since 2023 it’s no longer update 90% of the feeds in my setting but leave arbitrary about 10 feeds working while I still paid for the service! It’s basically dead.

Feedly AI too confusing
Incredibly confusing to use. I have pro+ and don’t see any way to add content to Feedly AI, all I see is an option to add a mute folder.
Declining quality and disruptive “enhancements”
Feedly used to be a rock solid RSS reader. It appears they have pretensions to be something more, but they’re doing a poor job of it. Recent updates broke the ability to use Safari reader view in the web view, so if you want that, you must enable viewing in the system browser. (Since that’s also Safari, I don’t know what they did wrong, but…) The app regularly saying it’s refreshing content. This seems to have to do with decorating the content with useless icons. these are disruptive and useless. Also, an RSS reader has no business altering a content.
Highlights close stories
Love your app in general, but it’s annoying that scrolling stories displayed in the app often leads to highlighting text in a way that closes the article. It is extremely sensitive to this problem, so even intentional, small scrolls sometimes end up collapsing the article.

Crashes multiple times a day
Not sure what is going on but this app just crashes and glitches multiple times a day. Sometimes it just hangs or coming back to it I can’t scroll cause the page is shifted the side a little bit. And this is every day with latest os on 15pro. Many other interface annoyances as well.
Reader app that is difficult to read
My chief complaint with this app is it promotes style over usability. It makes liberal use of grey text, both in light and dark mode. This low contrast text is needlessly difficult to read with no accommodations for an accessibility override. I'm sure the developers think it's really pretty and all but reader app should prioritize readability.
It’s alright
Best RSS reader I’ve found but not without issues: Unable to scroll with the magic keyboard on iPad, the ridiculous cost for Feedly Pro, and the buggy 2x2 widget
Daily usage but needs refinement
I use it daily. Good way to consolidate articles to read and share. However I have one gripe that really bothers me. I use dark mode or read at night and the initial loading screen is blaring white, which hurts my eyes and sometimes the app gets stuck on that screen. From a UX perspective I really hope Feedly pays more attention to this detail and sets the initial loading screen to something more comfortable to the eyes.
Please fix
The app itself works great, but the widgets won’t update anymore. I am much more likely to open the app if I see a new interesting article appear on the widget, but for several days it has not received any updates. I tried removing and re-adding the widget and now it’s just - blank box. Please fix! Also, some kind of in-app feedback would be nice so I don’t have to use App Store reviews to report things like this.
