### *---- "Glitching badly"
This app is glitching badly and has been doing so for some time. Given the amount I pay for it (£50 a year) this is pretty annoying, when there are a huge number of apps that work trouble-free for no charge. I’ve had stuff listed as my supposed selected listens when I’ve never looked at them (eg one on IVF - I’m 52 and child free by choice, I’m certainly not going to listen to that!) and that’s been going on for weeks. A while back the music stopped working altogether for a couple of weeks. Now the whole thing is crashing and for several days I’ve only been able to listen to one track because nothing else is working. If this isn’t sorted asap I will not be renewing next year, I’ll stick to the numerous free tracks one can use on YouTube.

My daughters love listening to Ailsa’s relaxing, soothing voice. Her positive affirmations and relaxing imagery help them unwind a fall asleep quickly. They enjoy visualising the images and being transported to the places she describes in the recordings. 
Until recently however, I had to sit in the room while they slept, in order to stop the recording at 11 minutes 38 seconds as otherwise it would wake them up when Ailsa said, ‘enjoy a good night sleep or wake up and enjoy the day’. 
I wrote to Ailsa to ask if it was possible to purchase an alternative ending just for sleeping . To be honest I really didn’t expect to hear back from her, but I did!  I was so impressed that she listened to my feedback and actually changed the end. It perfect now I can just leave it to play and the children fall asleep to it. Will definitely play it daily and I am certain it will improve their confidence. I would recommend this to everyone with children.

I’ve often seen app reviews of ‘life changing app’ and not believed them, but this app truly has been for me. I had 4 sessions with Ailsa which helped me give up drinking at one of the most turbulent times in my life when alcohol had been a friend for over 20 years. I’ve then used the app for the sober session and the relaxation sessions on a daily basis and the difference to my well being and mental health is just incredible. I listen to the ‘deep relaxation’ every night before bed and it gets me to sleep 9 times out of 10. I wake up fresh, no anxiety and in a positive mood. My drinking is stable and saved for the odd occasion instead of 4 nights a week. Don’t hesitate to download this app, I cannot recommend it more highly.

The title says it all. The app is simply AMAZING!! I initially downloaded this app after the first lockdown I wanted a healthier lifestyle. I was drinking too much and not active. “Habit breaker” and “slimmer fitter” completely transformed my lifestyle. I stopped binge drinking habits and was going to the gym 5 times a week. Life became amazing!! I used the app going forward whenever I needed a boost and for relaxation. I then had an unexpected pregnancy this year and again the app was my go to for stress and birth preparation. I will continue to use this app to relax after childbirth and whilst breast feeding. I cannot recommend this app enough. I have told all my friends so they can become amazing too!

This app has so much on it. I particularly like ‘Habit Breaker’ and ‘Slimmer Fitter.’ I still have so much on there to look at…. I have read Ailsa’s book too, which is a brilliant read. The app is easy to navigate. It uses calming colours to differentiate each section and can be dipped in and out of easily.
