Description

feel good? want to feel good? ... this diary app helps you to find out what lifts your mood, how some triggers like certain foods influence your health, if you have food allergies like gluten and histamine intolerance, which diet is best for you or what medicine you should keep taking to improve the quality of your life. Try feel good now for free to find out more about your health.
Beyond food allergy and painkillers ...

Get the bigger picture by keeping track of things that might influence your well-being. Learn how food, drugs and other things you take, your actions (sport, yoga, meditation, positivity, laughing, going out into the sun ...), your health, your environment and your mind are connected and how to make the best out of it.
Enter your data - cos it's really easy - and learn from it
When you enter your data on a regular basis the app will give you a lot of insight on your health. For example how you felt on the average within 6 hours after taking your pills. Or when and how often you felt worse than normal .. or best. See what you've done or (not) eaten before that to learn more about the causality. Or how well you felt while doing a paleo diet compared to the low carb diet. And discover many things more about yourself!
Let feel good do the calculations for you. We are already working on an even more sophisticated report functionality so you get the most out of using the app.
Diet? Allergies? Intollerances?
There are different diets and health instructions that will ask you to limit the intake of or even quit carbohydrates, (refined) sugars, fruits, meat, alcohol, smoking, drugs, gluten ...
feel good will be a good companion for you if you do any of them. especially if you want to find out what's best for you and the way you feel. Paleo, low-carb, sugar-free, vegan or vegetarian ... just log your data with feel good and find out which diet mostly improves your life. Or discover a food allergy or some kind of intolerance like histamine intolerance, fructose intolerance, lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance or celiac disease and what food might work for you.
Health conditions where feel good probably can help
problems with your spine like back pain, itching skin, overweight / obesity, mental health, depression, irritable bowel syndrome, crohn's disease, candida fungus / yeast infection, diabetes, many other chronic illnesses and basically any health condition, but also life events like menstruation pain from your period, anxiousness, general condition, sleep disorder / insomnia and many more we probably can't even think of can be tracked with feel good. Please let us know what else!
Try before you buy
feel good is free to download, but comes with limited functionality. We want you to be able to test it out and see if the app can help you (if not, please take a minute to let us know why).
After a few days you will be asked to upgrade to the full version. Be sure to check out all the features before that. You can still make new entries but won't be able to do anything else .. until you upgrade. We hope the app helps you and is worth the upgrade price. Paying for the upgrade helps us to improve the app further which in return will help all users. Now isn't that a great thing? ... Yessss!!!!!
* setup reminders in the settings to get reminded to enter your data in the morning, evening and in-between :-)
* setup a password if you don't want others to be able to quickly have a look at the app
* backup your data from time to time so you don't have to start at 0 should you ever loose your phone (automatic cloud backup is already on our todo list for next release)
* apple watch support - create new entries effortlessly at your wrist
* feel good! :-)
Does feel good also work for you? Can we improve it somehow?
Please let us know how we can improve feel good for your health concerns. And please help us and spread the word about feel good. And some love :-)

PLEASE ADD - I just wish I could change the colours of the smiley faces so I could track my feeling in different categories. I would use each colour to reperesent different things.
