I tried this app on the free trial and I canceled it well in due time. It’s been a few months and I’ve been still charged every week for this application for the past one month. I’ve been trying to tell you guys to stop charging me for this Feenko, I did not renew this application. I do not want to subscribe to it and you keep on charging me. Kindly refund me and get in touch with me on my email address or over here so I can inbox you. I’ve already emailed you again yesterday.

I have no idea if the app works or not because the email provider I use is not available through this app and it would not connect with my bank account so it is basically useless for me. They only offer to email providers, outlook, and Gmail, so if you don't have one of those don't use this app. I contacted customer support and they say that they will be refunding the subscription price which is why I gave them three stars instead of one.

I cancelled during free trial, I thought.  Turns out I only cancelled AI app I didn’t know I’d downloaded with app. No prompt or heads up that I wasn’t cancelling subscription.
