I love this restaurant. I probably average eating here once or twice a week. But this app is absolute trash. When I tried to “sign up” I got a notice that a customer already exists with this phone number. When I tried to use my phone number, it said no such customer exists. Since I can no longer order online, I have to call it in each time or order at the window. That bad for me, and it involves more labor costs for FelFel. Why can’t they just get the tech right??? -- gromit t, 2022-06-20 ### *---- "The app that alienated customers." Most food service apps are designed to attract and retain customers who appreciate the convenience and added benefit of an app. This app, however, is unfortunately turning customers away as the once complete package of convenience is diminishing as this app fails to function. FelFel has the best Mediterranean food in the area, it’s a clean restaurant, and the staff is always friendly, professional, and practice good food service habits. My family and I love their meals and visit routinely. I hope they get the app resolved soon. I drive about 30mins to visit FelFel and count on the app to order ahead. -- The_Bake, 2022-05-27 ### *---- "Current versions doesn’t work" Can’t place an order using the current version of the app. -- Ya boy, Mr. Waffles, 2022-05-26 ### *---- "Current version does not work" “Bad Connection” is a continuous error shown to the user when selecting a restaurant to order from. Generally using a development environment is preferred over pushing changes that break the app directly to production. I’ve been going to this restaurant for years and everything has always been great, except for this app. -- Dougyfresh12dg, 2022-05-22 ### *---- "No longer works" Fix it please. Saves a lot of time by ordering ahead. Easily fixed just need the commitment to do it. -- Ludus magna, 2022-05-21 ### *---- "Worst app ever" Worst app ever Food is good though -- manu1048, 2021-10-08 ### *---- "Very underdeveloped" I feel like I'm back in 2011 ordering in this app -- Dragonnovsvd, 2021-08-22 ### *---- "Worst App I’ve Ever Used" Talk about glitchy - no back button, no way to apply coupons, not user friendly at all. I feel like a middle schooler was taught how to learn how to code in one month, and then this app was his final product. -- Marabellla, 2020-10-15 ### *---- "Great food, terrible app" This app is awful. No back button, no way to save previous orders. C’mon, these are easy fixes. -- frankieDizz33, 2020-06-04 [View all FelFel Mediterranean Rewards reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## FelFel Mediterranean Rewards Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/united-states) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/switzerland) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/australia) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/azerbaijan) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/brazil) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/canada) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/chile) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/china) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/colombia) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/dominican-republic) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/algeria) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/ecuador) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/egypt) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/united-kingdom) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/hong-kong) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/indonesia) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/india) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/italy) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/japan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/kuwait) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/kazakhstan) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/malaysia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/nigeria) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/pakistan) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/saudi-arabia) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/singapore) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/taiwan) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/ukraine) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/united-arab-emirates) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/south-africa) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/felfel-mediterranean-rewards-Cuge/argentina) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
