## Fellow Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Brew and volume control pls"
Please allow us to brew a scheduled brew now instead of waiting for time as originally planned. doing it on the machine doesn’t help because you can’t fine tune the ml like u can on the app

Please add volume control to the profiles to control each pour. we should be able to do the 4:6 method perfectly
-- marzvrover, 2025-05-15

### ***** "Love it!"
Got my Aiden last week and love being able to sit in bed and start up my machine downstairs. Does the app have a couple of bugs? Sure. It’s brand new. Will fellow get it worked out? I have every confidence based on my experience with their products thus far. Everything works beautifully.
-- jkingdon, 2025-05-15

### ***-- "Buggy"
If you don’t see the brewing options and all it lets you do is look at basic settings, force close the app and open again after your device finally auto-updates to the latest firmware. Good grief get some better developers.
-- Tedh357, 2025-05-15

### **--- "Rarely works!"
Very rarely does this app work as marketed. Aiden Profiles never load to edit or view, app never keeps user logged in, and it is generally a very “beta software” experience.

Disappointing to see something shipped with such poor performance.
-- jemcatee, 2025-05-10

### *---- "Not worth it"
I got the new kettle because I wanted to be able to turn it on with my phone and the app doesn’t work. Don’t do it.
-- RosamondG, 2025-04-24

### **--- "Permissions"
Incredibly annoying update that shows you the permissions screen on ever open. if you haven’t given the app access to location or notifications. Please show only once, you’re ruining the user experience.
-- Magrathian, 2025-04-24

### *---- "Just got it and the app does not work"
I just got it and apparently there’s updates and the app doesn’t work at all makes for a lousy honeymoon period.
-- SMD4444, 2025-04-24

### **--- "Endless Logouts & Disconnects"
Love my Aiden. It's making good coffee now that I have the recipe flow down for various roasts.

The app? Yeah...

...It's very frustrating. I'm experiencing endless logouts and disconnects with this app. It makes updating or adding recipes very inconvenient. I can forgive how exceedingly basic the app is but it's difficult to deal with it logging me out and refusing to connect back to Aiden to the point twice a week since getting Aiden I have to delete it from the app and add it back in.

This app needs A TON MORE polish. Please fix the disconnects and logouts. It's ridiculous.
-- TheDrowsyGod, 2025-04-20

### ***-- "App issue: constantly logging out"
I like to use the app on a frequent basis, but for some reason I have to login again every day. This is very annoying!
-- Jochem.degraaf, 2025-04-08

### *---- "Looks Good / But Doesn’t Work"
App downloads with firmware version 1.0.77 which is apparently way out of date so nothing works. But I can’t update to latest firmware so the actual coffee machine is stripped of it’s capabilities. Already returned to Williams Sonoma.
