## Felt Description
Felt is an AI Journal Buddy, mood tracker, and private journal diary for mental health and wellbeing. It combines an AI buddy called Mentora with daily affirmations, guided journaling, and stress relief tools to help you build better habits, process emotions, and grow.

Instead of juggling separate apps for notes, daily quotes, gratitude, and mood, Felt gives you one smart place for your mental health diary and personal growth.

◆ Meet Mentora – your AI coach & buddy
Mentora is a friendly AI coach who supports you like a thoughtful buddy, not a judge. Write or speak about what’s going on and Mentora:
• Reflects your story back so you can see patterns
• Offers gentle, guided mental health prompts and CBT-inspired questions
• Suggests tiny next steps for stress relief and anxiety relief
• Helps you boost belief in yourself and build more joy over time

◆ A private journal & diary that knows you
Use Felt as your secure, private diary for quick daily notes or deep reflection:
• Capture how you feel in a few lines or a long entry
• Tag life areas like work, relationships, health, or creativity
• Let Mentora pull insights from your journal AI diary so you can connect the dots between days, weeks, and months
• Revisit key moments, gratitudes, and breakthroughs whenever you need a reminder

Over time, your entries turn into a living “Tree of Life” that shows how different parts of your world are growing and where you might want extra support.

◆ Daily affirmations, quotes & reflections
Start and end each day with words that match your real life, not generic slogans:
• Personalized daily affirmations on your lock screen
• Designs that make every affirmation card feel uplifting
• Daily quotes and reflection prompts you can journal about
• Save favorites and let Mentora explore what each affirmation brings up for you

This is more than a simple affirmations app: it’s a guided reflection and relief journal that helps you shift your mindset with real context from your day.

◆ Guided mental health & wellbeing coaching
Felt is built for everyday stress, not just crisis moments. Use it to:
• Turn overwhelm into clarity with structured coaching conversations
• Notice repeating thought patterns that impact your mood and energy
• Track feelings alongside habits like sleep, boundaries, or focus
• Support self-care and wellness with small, realistic actions

Think of it as wellbeing coaching in your pocket: always available, always patient.

◆ Mood tracker to see your progress
Log how you feel in just a tap and pair it with your entries:
• Simple mood tracker with room for nuance
• See how mood shifts across days, weeks, and seasons
• Spot links between mood, habits, relationships, and work
• Celebrate wins when your mental health and resilience improve

◆ Voice journaling & real-time coaching (rolling out)
Prefer to talk instead of type? Voice journaling lets you record quick daily check-ins and let Mentora respond with support and insight.

◆ Privacy-first by design
Your data is encrypted and stored securely. It’s used only to support you inside Felt, and you can delete it anytime from the app.

◆ Built around your growth, not perfection
Felt is for you if you want to:
• Build a consistent journaling habit without pressure
• Grow your self-awareness and emotional resilience
• Get gentle accountability from an AI buddy who remembers your story
• Turn mental health, wellbeing, and personal growth into a daily practice

Felt is a self-care and wellbeing tool and does not provide medical or clinical mental health treatment. If you’re in crisis or need urgent support, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency services.

Start your first entry today and see how an AI coach, affirmations, and a smart mood tracker can help you feel more grounded, supported, and truly seen.
