I made an account and now I can not log in after already paying over $300. I can’t afford to loose more money and I want to loose weight. I read other reviews and I believe I will get real results but I just don’t have access because the app itself is not working.

I love this app when it’s not down
Overall, I absolutely love this app! My favorite thing about it is you can pause it or play it back very quickly with one tap anywhere on the screen! I love the Rachel workouts and I love how they show the next move that is upcoming so you know what’s next. The only time I don’t like it is when I go to press play on my morning workout and it’s under construction. That’s it!
Great Workouts
I love being to use the app for my workouts now. I can use AirPlay to watch the videos on the tv and it makes working out anywhere possible. The app can be a little buggy and slow at times, but I’ve never had issues with it crashing. I appreciate being able to see the equipment necessary for a workout before the video is started so I can prepare and not have to stop mid workout to get anything.

I was skeptical, but what she says makes sense. I have always built muscle very easily, so for someone to acknowledge this and not tell me to do squats…amazing!

Best fitness routine I’ve ever tried!!
I’m trying to slim down after other workout programs bulked me up (whoever says women don’t bulk is full of it!) and this program came up in my online search. I love how you start with a body type quiz and a questionnaire which determine the workouts that will be included in your program, so it’s completely personalized to your goals and body type. I decided to start with the 21 day challenge and just finished the first week, and I’m already noticing a difference in my body! It also came with a free lean legs challenge which is also amazing (I do those on “rest” days). Her workouts are fun, challenging, and effective, and I love her no-fluff teaching style. She uses moves I’ve never seen before and I’ve been working out consistently for over 25 years! The videos themselves are great; the simpler workouts are done in front of a white wall and for the more complicated workouts she’s in front of a mirror so you can see the moves in different angles to follow along properly. There is also a PIP showing the next move which is very helpful. The app itself is clear, understandable, and easy to navigate, and it lets you check off the workouts you’ve done so you can keep track. You can also upload pics to track your progress, chat with others in the program, and see what other programs are available. And best of all, it’s not a monthly membership…you pay one price and get lifetime access to the videos! There’s literally nowhere else in the workout world where you’ll get this much bang for your buck!! I recommend this app 100% and look forward to my own continued progress (and using the rest of her programs in the future)!
Great program, need Apple TV APP!
I love Rachael as a trainer, she’s kind and caring and all about results, which in this day and age, asking for specific body goals is a no-no with some trainers. I already know how to move to feel good, and I’m not seeking that muscular look that’s popular.
I have most of the programs, and for me, some are better than others as far as keeping my interest up (prefer RA instructed ones) but find all workouts short but effective. Walking has been a game changer too.
Having said that, I wish RA had left Facebook group alone since app community chat is so hard to filter/navigate and lacking sense of everyone doing it together that the old FB group had for motivation. Also, streaming from phone/app can be frustrating at times and I really wish there was AppleTV app. And if I’m really picking, I never liked the name change to Femme Nativa. LLP all the way!
Best Fitness App!
Rachael’s workouts are the absolute best and the only workout that will slim down a female physique! I have tried them all and believe me it’s by far the best and the app is so easy to access workouts!
