I love the layout of this app way more than others. However, more and more, the app isn't recording my temps. I'll record a week of temps, but at the end of the week, 3-4 temps will have disappeared.

Can you please make the ovulation testing more better. When I take a picture it asked to line up the control lines it doesn’t even match I have to keep retaking it. I also have to keep keeping steady to make sure I get the lines lined up!! It’s annoying. I purchased the app as well and it would be great if that was better. I use this one and Premom and I love the way Premom takes there ovulation strips pictures it’s so easy and quick. So please please fix that issues or make it more easier!

I had previously used a similar app that now no longer is free to use the features I wanted. This app and company are wonderful for the simple fact that you get premium if you buy their product. I needed a new bbt anyway so I bought theirs. It’s a little bit of a pain to connect the device every time but the one they have that has the temp on the device also would resolve that. Or if the thermometer in the future updates could store a days reading until connected. I was successful using the app to get pregnant, and many others are too. Community is there, though improvements could be made. Moderators or having at least one specialist or doctor who randomly responds to inquiries would be cool. Or if it was a paid extra to talk to a specialist, either way. As it is though, great useful app and would 10/10 recommend. I’ll use this app again if I should need to in the future. All my girlies will be using this as well when they’re ready. Thanks Femometer!

I love the app setup and was really excited for a Bluetooth syncing option. I ordered the Femometer ring, which within a few weeks started having issues and was not accurately taking my temp. They exchanged the ring for me, which I’m super grateful for. The second ring accurately took my temperature, but then the app was not successfully syncing AND saving my data. I realized no data saved when I went to look at my monthly chart a few weeks later and it was empty (big bummer). I ordered their Bluetooth thermometer, hoping it might work better, but ran into the same issues. It stopped working and died after 3 weeks of use. I would not recommend Femometer, as there are too many technical issues, and I couldn’t track my temperatures and cycle effectively.

I have used this app for years and the only thing that used to annoy me was that it was fairly slow to load and they bother you to upgrade to premium often.

For the last several months the app takes forever to open and then once it does, it doesn’t load my data or even what cycle day I’m on for several minutes.

Now it won’t allow me to save any information stating “Saving Failed” which renders it completely useless to me.

Update: Customer service/devs were so helpful and fixed my issue. Thank you!!! Been using my vinca 2 for over 3 years and love it and this app Feel like I’m experiencing a bug from the last update where it logged the wrong period start date and won’t let me change it. I’ve tried deleting and re downloading the app, ‘edit period’ from different screens. No luck 😕

I have a smart ring which has had multiple issues pairing and connecting with the app, meaning my data is lost and I am not able to use the ring as intended. Customer support gives the same advice over and over which doesn’t work. 
There is a community site called Tribe that is built into the app - you can’t opt out of it and it has little red notification dots to draw your attention to it, so if you’re like me and can’t stand the little notifications you are forced to use this site. Some may appreciate and want the community features but others like me find the anxieties and concerns and stories of miscarriage and such that abound on these pages overwhelming and stressful to the TTC process. Please please please make this Tribe site available but with the ability to opt out (or better yet, opt in). 
The tracking options and information is useful but you can get that other places that have better technology and don’t force you into a community you don’t want to be a part of.
