## Ferebe Reviews in United States

### *---- "Misleading"
Tried using the 10% discount welcome code on my first order they promised and the code didn’t work. Going to delete the app now.
-- Nwuster, 2024-09-25

### **--- "Prices are great, customer service not so much"
I ordered something on a Friday that I paid express shipping for. The next Wednesday, my order still said “Order Received” when that’s probably when I should have received it. I emailed customer service and they said they were on holiday. What holiday was it and why wasn’t my order automatically just submitted? I asked and Kenny S was very passive aggressive and just offered me half a refund. Then I got half a refund and not only do I still not have my order, they did not ship it express and they changed my shipping method after the refund. Hard not to shop here because of the prices but what terrible customer service!

### ***** "Products and pricing"
You’ve done a great job keeping prices affordable AND adding new features all the time. I recommend you to all my friends.
-- Shellbe68, 2023-11-27

### *---- "Cobran más por envío que por precio del producto"
No me gusta porque cobran mucho por manejo y envío
-- Zoabu, 2023-08-26

### *---- "Updates"
Ever since the last update you cannot see all of your products. Fix it
-- Grumpy607, 2022-08-20

### ***** "Authenticity"
My second time ordering from this site and the shipping & delivery was very fast. Great prices an a lot to choose from. Highly recommend.
-- kayB 9619, 2022-02-04

### ***-- "GOOD SITE BAD APP"
I love the site and the prices they have on some things are AMAZING!! But the app is totally not user friendly. You cannot add promo code to your order. After you’ve ordered you cannot view your order on the app. There’s items that say get this amount and receive this discount but it doesn’t allow you to even add that many items to the cart. Just a few glitches but overall good site to use if you need some cheaper options. Especially in the baby aisle!! Lol

Will be using for a long long time basically my new supermarket but on my fingertips
-- JackyG32, 2021-07-19

### ***** "Love This Company"
BEST COMPANY EVER FAST SHIPPING AND VERY GOOD DEALS
-- SWIFTIE 226, 2021-06-02
