I cancelled before the trial ends and yet they they charge me £60. When emailed them they said “they are a busy team”(and I should go through a long process (the reply seems to be automatic; each time same answer). I did that and kept hitting the wall!!!! Again and again! Effectively they have kept my money for almost a year and I am not sure if I can ever get back my money! -- Moti-or-Morteza, 2026-03-21 ### *---- "Subscription is a scam. Don’t sign up for the free trial." I signed up for the 7 day free subscription and the app wasn’t working. I decided to cancel the subscription but it wasn’t showing on the app or my Apple account so I couldn’t. Now I’ve been charged for the year’s subscription. It still doesn’t show on my Apple account and Ferly isn’t responding to emails. I think they make it impossible for you to cancel a subscription to try and scam money out of you. Edit: I did contact them as requested in the reply to this review. No reply received and no attempt to resolve the issue. -- Janey-0, 2025-03-24 ### **--- "Everything behind paywall" Used to be good and have some options for those who didn’t want/couldn’t afford to pay. Now it appears you can’t do ANYTHING on the app without paying for a membership. Really disappointing. -- Melhuish, 2025-01-30 ### *---- "App unusable currently" App unusable because there’s no downwards scrolling in initial setup so can’t see all options or click the next button to finish setup. -- Jt655, 2024-12-09 ### ****- "Good customer service" I couldn’t figure out how to cancel my subscription but the customer service helped me and issued a refund which I really appreciate. -- fttio, 2024-11-20 ### *---- "Constantly crashing" Would not log in and constantly crashed which is a shame! Tried deleting and reinstalling but no joy. -- ssf87, 2024-06-12 ### **--- "Could be brilliant but too many bugs" Liked the 7 days trial but I keep receiving errors when trying to subscribe on the app. -- L'Amariani, 2024-03-09 ### *---- "iPhone SE" I have an iPhone SE, can’t get through the introductory questions as the screen won’t scroll down on the last question. This renders app completely useless as I can’t get into it at all! Such a shame as reviews look so good. -- Djs544, 2024-02-26 ### *---- "App crashes. No customer support." I’ve paid for this app and can’t login since using free trial. Also efforts lead to a crash on my iPhone. Have tried to contact customer support twice and no reply. What’s going on? -- Abigailsgarden, 2023-09-25 ### *---- "No Customer Service" Signed up for a 7 day free trail and within an hour I was charged the full annual subscription, which isn’t great. I submitted 2 requests via their website over the course of a week asking for someone to contract me about a refund and never received a response. I accepted the charges and though I’d just use to app for year but I don’t have access to the app. It says I am not a member so I don’t have access to 75% even though I have paid. I submitted a further 2 requests via their website over the course of a month and still no response. So I’ve paid for an app I can’t use and no one is responding/ providing support. Very disappointing. -- Lozza1996, 2023-08-24 [View all Ferly reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Ferly In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Ferly Premium | £39.99 | | Premium content (Annual) | £59.99 | | Premium content (Monthly) | £18.99 | | Premium content (Quarterly) | £34.99 | | Premium content (Weekly) | £12.99 | ## Ferly Discovered Keywords -
