Constantly crashing

Would not log in and constantly crashed which is a shame! Tried deleting and reinstalling but no joy.

Could be brilliant but too many bugs

Liked the 7 days trial but I keep receiving errors when trying to subscribe on the app.

iPhone SE

I have an iPhone SE, can’t get through the introductory questions as the screen won’t scroll down on the last question. This renders app completely useless as I can’t get into it at all! Such a shame as reviews look so good.

Crushing

Wasn’t even be able to start the free trial, received lot of errors and app keeps crushing

App crashes. No customer support.

I’ve paid for this app and can’t login since using free trial. Also efforts lead to a crash on my iPhone. Have tried to contact customer support twice and no reply. What’s going on?

No Customer Service

Signed up for a 7 day free trail and within an hour I was charged the full annual subscription, which isn’t great. I submitted 2 requests via their website over the course of a week asking for someone to contract me about a refund and never received a response. I accepted the charges and though I’d just use to app for year but I don’t have access to the app. It says I am not a member so I don’t have access to 75% even though I have paid. I submitted a further 2 requests via their website over the course of a month and still no response. So I’ve paid for an app I can’t use and no one is responding/ providing support. Very disappointing.

Cancelling doesn’t work

Cancelled on the day I signed up for free trial as it wasn’t for me, charged me anyway with no warning. Huge amount of money I can’t afford right before xmas. Seems to be set up this way to trick people as there isn’t a monthly option.

An unintimidating way to feel more normal but more joint practices would make it perfect

After having children I have completely lost my desire to do anything sexually and have enjoyed listening to these guides. I did the partnered play one with my partner last week and it’s the closest we’ve felt for a while and definitely encouraged a healthy conversation after. Only criticism is that there is only one partner practice in the app - I have paid for the plan but really hope they introduce more soon as it will get a bit repetitive doing this one only.

good app

this app is lovely and is so unique although i understand people need to make money from the app it’s just a shame there is not more things for free as i feel quite restricted as to what i can do without paying.

Charged me for subscription when I didn’t intend to

This app charged me for yearly subscription and didn’t intend to. I’m a student and it’s a lot of money for me which bdw I had saved for food but they took it all. Did not ask me before charging, just took it out of my bank. I tried contacting chat support but they won’t reply either.
