The app is poorly designed and unstable. It's regularly down and can't connect to the server. For goodness sake, if you want to go digital, please build a good team who can design and build a good app and backend. How can this be even allowed to go live in the app store? Please fix it; it's really giving your company a bad reputation.

Ever since installing the new update the app doesn’t work. Wish there was an option to revert to an older version

Update 9/5/22: Yup, app is still terrible. The worst I’ve ever encountered for a “smart” app. And Fermax, your advice about checking the saving battery feature is entirely useless. I suppose you actually do not have any answer for any of us in the reviews section who actually use this app daily and just needed to input drivel in the reply field. I use so many apps in my iphone and not one of them has problems like yours. Update 21/05/21: App is still terrible. Same problems remain. Today the app just suddenly wiped out all registration details and I had to key in everything all over again. And app stopped working. 26/01/21: This app keeps failing; highly unstable. Many times it deregisters me and I can’t even login for no reason, people/deliveries get missed, I can’t even open the doors for myself. On top of that, it takes two thousand steps in the app to simply open the door. Great idea, horrible UX, and completely unreliable. Just give me a brass key - it works better.

Already installing latest software and iOS update but still have account configuration error on my device. Same problem on my wife iPhone as well. Fermax seems to have no solutions even asking us to provide phone settings details and reset our phones and apps.

I have 0 experience in coding/ creating apps but this app is seriously the worst app I have ever used. Is it really that difficult to create a working app that allows us to unlock doors? So frustrating for users when they have so many missed deliveries and having to go up and down the lifts just to let our friends into the building. Please seriously consider fixing the app or fire the people responsible and hire more competent people

App is very unreliable. It logs me out and I can’t long in back even with the right username and password. All it does it says that some error has occurred. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling this but it still doesn’t work. Pls fix this guys!

very lousy app. can call other gates when i dont need to call. but when i need to call a specific gate cannot get through at all and im stuck outside condo. apparently my management says im the only one that complained so i guess its the app issue. please fix it!

How am I supposed to receive groceries, packages, friends, all important things if I can’t open the door?! This is so horrible. It is directly your fault that I have to yell at my management every single day. If you can’t develop this app correctly you should find another line of work. You’re actively ruining people’s lives.
