Com esta aplicação gratuita pode utilizar a funcionalidade de reencaminhamento de chamadas incluída como padrão nos sistemas FERMAX MEET, desde que a sua instalação esteja ligada à Internet e devidamente configurada e que possua uma conta de utilizador fornecida com a sua unidade de monitor doméstico. Graças à infra-estrutura de nuvem fornecida por FERMAX, a instalação é muito simples.
É necessária uma ligação comunitária à Internet para a rede do sistema MEET. A largura de banda de carregamento deve ser de pelo menos 3Mb dedicada por painel de chamada.
