Poor customer service

The app is not well designed. Clunky to maneuver and poor customer service.

Amazing!!

Great app! Have had no problems accessing the workouts every day. Camille has instructional videos attached to the workouts and they always work well. You know exactly what to do!

App continuously freezes

Once a month the app freezes and I have to delete it then download it again to correct the glitch. The screen goes black and it was say loading.

App won’t open / crashing

Just signed up and app freezes upon opening, have deleted and re-installed twice and app won’t open.

App crashing

Just signed up a couple weeks ago and I’m loving the program, however, the app keeps crashing or won’t open, gives me a frozen black screen. I’ve had to delete and reload but this most recent time even that doesn’t work... hoping this is resolved so I’m not wasting money or missing workouts.
