## Feros Group Reviews in Australia

### ***** "App lets the Feros Group down"
The Feros Group provide a professional and friendly operation on their premises, which generally cater for all family dynamics. Their food offerings are great and they clearly have a winning formula as they are constantly expanding their business. However, the Feros App is woeful. It is a shame that the IT team do not appear to be able to resolve the constant issues which make using the App frustrating and a waste of time. It is very good at providing error messages but not much else.

### ***** "Highfields ⭐️Botanical Dining"
Great venue & atmosphere, so much to offer. Always check my Feros App for any offers too!
-- Joanne’s Gems, 2024-11-22

### *---- "False advertising"
Were regular customers for dinner at Heathcote Hotel . False advertising of receiving 2 for 1 vouchers , this never happens .
-- Jane Blacket, 2024-11-15

### **--- "Vouchers randomly disappear"
I love visiting all of the Feros hotels.
The food and service is always fantastic.
Unfortunately, the app will show vouchers and discounts and suddenly they disappear. Leaving you having to ask management to sort it out whilst ordering.

It’s happened multiple times to my friends and I.
-- GCPT##, 2024-10-17

### ***** "Good"
Very very good
-- Dekkat, 2024-10-05

### ***** "Engadine Hotel"
The new Feros Group owners have done a wonderful transformation of the old Engadine Tavern.
Fresh faces and friendly staff make it so more enjoyable. I am not embarrassed taking my wife for a meal there now as the bistro has been refurbished and professionally run.
Thank you Feros Group.

### ***** "Lamb souvlaki"
The lamb souvlaki here is divine as good as any good Greek restaurant
-- Weather Ray, 2024-07-28

### **--- "Can’t sign in"
Major bug won’t allow you to get past continue once you fill out info to join
-- stu2750, 2024-06-13

### *---- "Non-stop notifications"
I’ve received 41 notifications just today from the app for drink or food vouchers. I can’t even load the app to see if there’s something to change in the settings.
-- Kmaryb93, 2024-01-22

### *---- "Absolutely useless"
As per the other reviews, you basically can’t use this app as it doesn’t work correctly, yet they want you to use it for member discounts. One of the poorest implementations of loyalty apps I have seen.
