### *---- "nicht seriös & mangelhafter Datenschutz"
Bei der „Bewerbung“ (geht‘s noch??) für ein Konto wird nirgendwo darauf hingewiesen, mit wem alles die erhobenen & gespeicherten Daren geteilt werden dürfen. Das erfährt man erst, wenn man sich die Mühe macht, mal die Datenschutzrichtlinie dieser „Bank“ durchzulesen, was ich jedem nur empfehlen kann, BEVOR irgendwelche Daten angegeben werden.
Dass der „Support“-Chat einfach abgebrochen wird, wenn man eine möglicherweise unbequeme Frage stellt, spricht auch nicht gerade für die Seriosität dieses Unternehmens.
Was man über die Erfahrungen mit Ferratum liest, dem Vorgänger dieser „Bank“, der irgendwann plötzlich im Nirgendwo verschwunden ist, sagt eigentlich schon alles: Vorsicht & am besten Finger weg!!

Ich hatte vor ein paar Jahren angefragt, ob Daueraufträge oder Lastschriften möglich wären! Man hatte mir gesagt, dass das noch kommen wird! Dann kam SweepBank!

Wann kommen denn diese Updates? Man liest immer nur, dass ein Update kommt, aber nicht welche Änderungen!

Wäre für mehr Informationen!

FINGER WEG ! Zum dritten Mal sind Überweisungen ins Nimmerland verschollen. 
Parkticket - zwei Euro - bis heute nicht angekommen. In der Buchungsübersicht steht nur „ Zahlung wird verarbeitet“.
Nächste Überweisung vom eigene Girokonto zu Sweepbank mittels Echtzeitüberweisung - 500 Euro nach vier Wochen noch immer nicht angekommen. Rücküberweisung von 280,01 Euro nach zwei Wochen noch immer nicht gebucht.
Support ist völlige Katastrophe. Dieser kann nicht helfen … man solle erst Screenshots schicken. Als ob die das nicht sehen. Ich sag nur Vorsichtig bei diesem Anbieter und lieber eine bessere Alternative wählen.

Regelmäßig funktioniert das einloggen bei Sweep nicht. Das geht jetzt bereits seit 3 Tagen so, dass man ins Konto nicht kommt und keine Überweisungen tätigen kann. Das ist mehr als ärgerlich. Kein Support-keine Mitteilung-nichts.  Da das regelmäßig passiert war es das für mich dann auch.

### ****- "Soweit alles gut"
Eine ganz normale Banking App mit recht wenigen Funktionen. Aktuell gibt es ein Girokonto mit maltesischer IBAN sowie ein Sparkonto. Das Konto unterstützt Instant Payment, sehr gut. Alle angebotenen Funktionen arbeiten reibungslos. Was stört? Dass man Empfänger nicht abspeichern kann.
