Every time I log in I am greeted with a white screen. When I try refreshing the app it does the same thing.  Sometimes t recognizes me but most of the time it doesn’t. I have had to delete and redownload the app countless times and it just never seems to work right. There is something seriously wrong with your software and I am really mad at my company for using this app for financial.  I feel like one day i’m going to get logged out for good and lose out on money that can really help me. Fix this sh.

First of all logging into this app is unbearable. Some days it recognizes me. The next, it doesn’t. Some days it says your account doesn’t even exist. Transferring money to my debit is a hit or miss. Sometimes it just leaves on an endless loop. Never taking me to the next Step of transferring my money. The app freezes when logging in, constantly. This is where my money for work is being wired with. The fact that it can’t even work properly. Terrifies me that one day I’m going to be locked out of my account. Do yourself a favor I rather get a check from the company every 2 weeks than deal with app. It’s terrible.

No way to save a percentage of your deposits into a saving so there is no point in a money card like this when it could just be given in cash at the end of shift like most restaurants.

There’s no function to have saving envelopes or to set money aside in any way, no function for Apple Pay, and the app frequently takes upwards of 5 minutes just to load. Currently been watching a loading wheel on a white page for a good 10 minutes just to see my finances. There’s a reason I transfer all my money out of this app rather than just using the app. Only positive is immediate transfer, but I’ve never used it so.
