So you cannot actually book the service. I understand it might be a preference thing but I find it a little worrying, probably because I haven’t got a reply and wouldn’t now how it shows/alert me. It’s a really wonderful service operated by lovely people. Best of all though it’s just super easy. You pick what you need on the app and they then collect your bike and communicate with you also on the app. You approve any repairs in advance and then they deliver the bike back. All pre arranged!
