my grandma passed away so i emailed them that i couldn’t attend and if they could help me out with my ticket, they were really not sympathic and told me that they cannot help me.

Fever promises the world in their advertisements, but the pictures are not real and the quality of the ballet performance we’ve just been to was laughable. A school recital level at best, instead of the world class dancers promised. Plus the customers came of Alibaba, zero impact as advertised. Will never trust a Fever event again.

And I don’t like the fact to share my privacy with an usa based commercial company NY and also an affiliate in California… why is this necessary? What would the opinion be when this company is from China or Russia. I m fed up with this system. Its disgusting and it’s a pity that this spoils my visit to a local exhibition somewhere in Europe.

The museum I wanted to go to uses this service. They did not say there would be a fee on top of the prices quoted. More annoyingly you are forced to download their app, never mind if you are roaming with poor reception. Also tried to force me to enable notifications. Why can’t they just send the tickets by email or even sent a purchase confirmation.

They are completely dishonest. I received a gift voucher, then they take advantage of customer in 2 ways: - the voucher can only be applied to one ticket. If the voucher value is above the ticket price, they cash in the delta instead of letting it to the customer - a voucher only applies on one ticket is being bought, so you have to make multiple bookings if you want several tickets. One you book one ticket, they instantly increase the price of the same booking, so that the extra tickets are more expensive. Meaning they made 40 euros extra on my booking… Customer service doesn t reply to my emails and replied “that is how we work” over the phone

They will take your money for places which don’t function and then they won’t honor 14 day cancelation. YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Keeps spamming me with a modal asking to activate notifications

Mooie app, maar de Fever-events zijn teleurstellend. Zo belooft Fever een beroemde compositie uitgevoerd bij kaarslicht. Wat ze er niet bij vermelden is dat die grootse muziek (in mijn geval Mozarts Requiem) wordt uitgevoerd in de transcriptie voor strijkkwartet! Geen koor, geen zangers, geen orkest. Eigenlijk is het gewoon bedotterij.

One of the worst user experiences that I had for a long time!!! My friend had a birthday and I’d decided to buy a Fever Candlelight Concerts Gift Card for his present. Before purchasing the card, I carefully read the description and was happy to find out that there will be a printable version of the gift card included in the confirmation email. This was important for me because I wanted to hand (physically) a card rather than to send it via email (virtually). Unfortunately, after receiving a confirmation email I discovered that the link for printable version doesn’t work (404 page not found). I reached out to support in all possible ways including calling, emailing and live chatting. No one could help me or at least suggest some decent solution. I heard multiple times from support that I PRINT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND HAND IT AS A PRESENT, which I find insane, as I mentioned that the gift card is a birthday present. All in all, this incident spoiled the whole birthday present for my friend. I don’t recommend it. Taking care of your users and providing them with proper support and service is essential, which unluckily is not the case with Fever.
