Fever: Events & Tickets

I recently went to candlelight by Queen in Parnell. The songs played were not the songs advertised on the setlist. The setlist was “subject to change”, granted. However the songs played were NOT EVEN BY QUEEN!? Rather, “a collection of songs from the 60’s”. Customer service is terrible, giving automatises AI answers to emails querying this false advertising. After doing a lot of research (you should too), it’s clear that this company is a cash-grab company, with a 28 year old boy “CEO”. I feel sorry for the musicians and genuinely talented promoters involved in the experience facilitated by Fever. The business itself cares little about the actual experience they are delivering; evident by their lack of communication with paying customers, and large-volume business model pumping out half-arsed shows globally and quickly. Credit to them for being business-scammy. Do yourself a favour and don’t waste your money here. Spend it on a nice dinner out instead. You’ll thank me!

I recently purchased tickets from Fever for the Candlelight: A Tribute to Queen & More event in Auckland, NZ. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with them. I received a confirmation email for the purchase, but the email did not provide clear directions or an address for the event venue. When I went to the concert, my girlfriend and I spent over half an hour searching for the location, but we could not find any signs or directions to the venue. This caused us a great deal of frustration and disappointment. I attempted to contact Fever for assistance, but their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. I am incredibly dissatisfied with the service provided by Fever and would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and avoid purchasing tickets from them.

Helps you keep up to date about amazing events in the city to feel like you aren’t missing out on anything

Such a simple layout, with a great algorithm of event recommendations for activities relevant to my interests, my location, and a great range of price points too! Even had the option of transferring tickets to other people pop up when I tried to screen shot and send it to them. Brilliant and super simple!

The event we were going to was canceled due to a level 4 lockdown. Fever contacted me quickly and refunded the tickets as we live out of town. Great to deal with - excellent service and will definitely use again.

Since February I have been trying to get other tickets as the fist ones were canceled…. ITS JUST A GIANT SCAM!!!AGAIN AND AGAIN YOU SAY YOU’RE SORRY BUT NOTHING EVER CHANGES IF YOU WANTED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM YOU WOULD HAVE ALREADY!!!! YOU ARE WORSE THAN MAFIA!!!

Really enjoying these mini concerts. The app works well, offering alternative prices or times and confirming just far enough out the location and final details. We have enjoyed the music, the locations and the opportunities afforded by these short concerts which are affordable both in time and cost.

I booked tickets for wrong time and they sorted out without hesitation.I find the app user friendly and fever gives you options for cool things to do. Highly recommended

I can't believe these scammers are allowed to have an app at the Apple store. Don't buy anything or see your money disappear!!!

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Just lost $120 on tickets for an event with no venue and that they won’t confirm is happening. I’ve asked for a refund and no one has got back to me. Please please don’t use this app - don’t buy anything from here.
