I get offer for national day, they just cancel it and give me a voucher with same price, they are just kidding!!!

Horrible service, I am explaining in chat the situation that I paid discounted rates for experience purchased in UAE that fever cancelled for some reason and refunded me same as voucher and asked me to rebook for same while prices has changes and I have to pay extra, and the agent is keep on saying you will receive an email, very frustrating and disappointed, this is 2nd and last time, app will be deleted and will never purchase through you. We are approaching 2025 and still there is such unprofessional support! Then why we are having chat if agent is not allowed to say anything than you will receive an email? Keep it just email communication then! Do some benchmark with other service providers and see how they appreciate the customers and provide wonderful support.

Considering the number of good reviews I read about this app I am truly disappointed at it. I don’t know where these comments come from. I bought two tickets for the Andy Warhol exhibition but got stuck in traffic for two hours, when I realized I won’t be able to make it on time I called them for assistance asking to use the ticket for the following day, considering that it is not a concert with limited place and the event is going on for more than a month, all day everyday during that period. I was told that there is nothing they can do and received an email saying that no refund was possible when I never asked for a refund , I just asked to use the ticket the following day. When I called back after receiving this email saying that I just want to use for the following day they told me no we cannot help with it and when I read the terms and condition there was no mention about using the ticket in a different date. Basically I spent 200 aed for less nothing since what I got is a very poor customer care.

This app is like cancer. It’s tracks the hell out of you and does not allow the transfer of tickets to Apple Wallet. I wish venues and events would not use this for ticketing.

Amazing Murder Mystery

This is a really fun and helful application and helped me discover some new fun places, cant wait for more.

We had tickets for my son to attend a Minecraft experience but he unfortunately became violently sick the night before. The company is fine with changing any time/refunding the experience—up to 48 hours—but won’t make any changes to accommodate families that don’t get sick less than 48 hours before the event. It’s not a concert or a 1 time thing; there are literally dozens of times every day of the week. Won’t recommend the experience or the Fever app to anyone, nor will I use it again.

I bought a ticket for a bounce house event. My card was charged but the ticket never showed up in my email. I had to buy a new ticket onsite. I requested for refund but was bluntly denied, citing their no refund policy. I understand the no refund policy but no ticket no refund is basically fraud.

Best shows that are on a professional, cultural, and memorable level!

Purchased tickets then realized I could not go. I had the tickets for 5 minutes before I contacted customer service. Every agent I spoke with was rude, condescending and obviously reading from a script that they refused to deviate from. Kept getting the run around about the refund I was requesting. Would not recommend using this app for anything.
