App doesnt work at all
Whenever I try login, it shows either internal server error or no records found. Bugs are not fixed since a long time.

I have tried multiple times installing, app doesn’t working
Worst app! Surely won’t work even at death bed
Worst app ever. You can’t even login into your account never alone getting a claim form n stuff. Raised multiple requests but no response. Deleted the app now. Should be removed from apple store
No proper knowledge
They deal with so many insurance companies and yet lack the knowledge or courtesy to give proper explanation

Mad people mad devloper and maddest services i think you shoud go in hospital for treatment then go in any institute for learn how to develop a perfect App.
Useless app
Worst application tried multiple times to login but it’s not working
Designed not to work
It seems the App is designed to keep customers away. Just keep paying for the premium and when u need claim, the TPA app won’t let you login and it’s designed to give you a continuous never ending message “Loading please wait”.
App not working propery
Hospitals are not showing always showing no hospital found. Ui is also not that much responsive. Please look into it and do the need full
