## Fibre Federal/TLC Credit Union Reviews in United States

### **--- "Ability to arrange accounts"
I would love to have the ability to be able to arrange accounts. I use my checking account the most, but yet when I login online, it is on the bottom and I have to scroll all the way down. I chatted online with a representative at the CU and they told me I could write a letter to the Board of Directors.. I don’t have time for that. This is an app request. I’m hoping that someone can resolve this.. Thank you.

### ***** "Love my credit union"
I love Fibre Federal credit union. I love the idea of not belonging to a large bank. Efficient, friendly and professional.

### ***** "Just love the Fibre Federal online app!"
Makes banking so easy! I can track everything and keep records up to date so easily…..
Thank you

### ***** "Bank with comfort"
Fibre is amazing! I love the vibe right when I walk through any branch. They make it easy and convenient sometimes you don’t even have to leave your home.
-- Goldie Potts, 2025-04-16

### ****- "Would like more features"
It’s overall a pretty good app. I would love to have the ability to rearrange my accounts on the main page. The checking accounts (which I use the most) are at the bottom so I always have to scroll to get to them. It would be nice to be able to see them first instead of my taxes account which for some reason is at the top. Seeing that first makes me depressed every time I open the app. I’m writing this review in hopes that the developers see it. I tried to ask someone on the app and it got nowhere.

### ***** "I love my Credit Union !"
Thank you:)

### *---- "Wasted my time with shared branching"
They no longer offer shared branching even though you can still click on the section of the app that allows you to find shared branches in your area. Wasted my time going to 2 of these locations before calling fibre to learn they discontinued it. How a company this size hasn’t updated their app/website to avoid wasting their clients time is beyond me.

### *---- "Used to work fine"
What jackwagon decided cloudflare was the way to go? If your little security widget is so bad that its default state is to ask if it’s ruining your experience the answer is usually yes. It’s garbage and ruined the app for the past couple weeks.

### ***** "Idk"
Its ight i guess
-- Brizzleiezee, 2024-11-27

### ***-- "Ongoing card problems"
I’ve been with this group for over a decade, and the last 3 years has been filled with avoidable problems. Almost every time they have sent me a new card there’s something wrong with it: they printed the number wrong or they forgot to cancel the old one. Yesterday the bank cancelled the current card despite them receiving back the replacement over a month ago. There was no announcement we were getting new cards outside our regular cycles, and certainly no information notifying me of the old card’s expiration once they were made aware the mail was not delivered.

Incredibly disappointing and negligent, especially in this economy. Your unlucky customer service employees are kind and attentive to trying to explain the situation. However, even this is curtailed by their inability to fix an error that continues to grow larger. I am now forced to wait until Monday losing wages to have the local branch listen through another long explanation and hope the reprint can get done in a timely manner.

If there are any more issues I will be finding another place to manage my finances.
