Nefunguje předplatné!
Na začátku šlo vše bez problému, horší překlad sem tam, ale na relax to bylo ok ci noční čtení. Po posledni aktualizaci absolutně nefunguje předplatné a po pár kapitolách Vás to dál nepusti. S nikým se nelze spoji - ani podpora v aplikaci, ani email nic.. takze jsem vyhodila penize oknem!!!

Když zaplatíte volné čtení, neomezené kapitoly, tak to hlásí konec volného čtení a nepustí vás dál a nedá se jim napsat ani žádná reakce u kontaktujte nás. Pokud problém přetrvá, tak odinstaluji a předplatné zruším. Nikdy více…
Nefunkční
Nefunkční. Zaplatíte si plně premium a kapitoly se vám neotevírají a chce to po vás další peníze!!!!
PŘEDPLATNÉ NEFUNGUJE! je to podvod
Koupila jsem prémiové předplatné, které má umožnit neomezené čtení. Fungovalo jen pár dní. Poté se u jakékoliv knihy objevila hláška: KONEC VOLNÉHO ČTENÍ. A dál jsem se nedostala. Podpora aplikace nereaguje. Tuto aplikaci a její předplatné proto považuji za podvod. Nahlásila jsem to na appstore.

Já mám aktuálně špatnou zkušenost ohledně plateb, zaplatila jsem si členství a neomezené čteni nefunguje, chat bez reakce, email bez reakce, reklamace platby přes apple pay neuznána, může se mi někdo ozvat? Děkuji M.
