With Fidelity ADT SecureHome you have remote access to monitor and control your home or business anywhere, any time, in real time. The App requires the IDS X-Series or IDS806 alarm panel, Fidelity ADT Hub Communication device and Fidelity ADT SecureHome subscription. 

Features include:

- Secure multi-site management from your smart phone - no need to go to the site!
- Full arm, stay arm, and disarm abilities as set up by the installer
- Zone Bypass function to handle problematic zones when you're out of reach
- User management, including zone and partition naming, as well as the ability to set, edit, suspend, or delete user access rights
- Real-time notifications - know what is happening as it happens!
- "Make a Call" function for contacting your monitoring company or critical contacts in the event of emergencies or false alarm activations

Good day. The app is such a great tool to have, but when bypassing zones, trying to bypass multiple zones at once often fails. And each bypass request takes a long time to complete. In the end using the app is just frustrating. If this was not the case, it would be a useful tool. Improvement would be appreciated. Thanks.

### ****- "Convenient, Easy Control & Monitoring"
Love the ability to arm, disarm and bypass remotely and easily, plus the alerts on my phone if alarm gets activated. Good, simple, and effective app, that was the decider for me when choosing a security provider for my home. 

The missing 5th star is for an occasional bug where sometimes if I exit out from bypassing zones in the partition too quickly, it blanks out with completely white screen, and needs me to shut down and restart the app so I can complete the bypass and arm. If there was a 4,5 out of 5 option I would choose that instead of 4, because the overall experience is excellent.

This app is a necessity and I find it has problems more often than not. Simple tasks like arming and disarming are not instant and it takes several attempts. I shudder to think that this might happen when I hit the panic button. Sort it out ADT asb.

Goes offline routinely. Slow to refresh and synchronize w in home system. Log in and out is often glitchy - failing to recognize login credentials so you reset password only to be told you now have the wrong credentials. An absolute joke for an app.
