## Fidelity Bank NC/VA Mobile Reviews in United States

### **--- "Business lock feature gone"
I am so disappointed they took away the ability to lock my business card. Hopefully it returns.
-- GLADENOK, 2024-12-20

### ***-- "History of invoice payments"
It’s difficult when researching previously paid invoices if you can’t see an invoice number on the screen.
-- Nettie2dogs, 2024-12-18

### *---- "User experience"
Bad, worse than prior new updates
-- toqi1125, 2024-12-01

### *---- "STOP TRYING TO FIX IT"
Every time they update or change any slight thing in this app I have to jump through so many hoops just to access my account on the same devices that I always access it from. On this most recent update (which of course logged me out of everything again) is now asking to send me a text or call me with a confirmation code. Great, no problem right? WRONG, it doesn’t matter what option I click on I end up waiting an indefinite amount of time for a phone call/text that will never come. I can call them because the offices are closed, so now I have to wait until Monday and take time out of my schedule just to have access to my own account.
-- Times 99 it, 2024-12-01

### ***-- "No landscape view"
This is a great app, but no landscape view in iPad makes it impossible to use for any serious work.
-- David81sr, 2024-11-19

### *---- "Back ground"
Back ground is awful…everything bright white and font is little and hard to read…..needs a dark mode desperately
-- Reis mm, 2024-11-16

### ***** "Love the bank"
Love the bank and the home town feel.

I orginally did not like the changes to the app- particularly the font. I noticed that it has changed and I appreciate that. Thank you for listening to your customers.
-- Froggyday12, 2024-11-15

### **--- "No names on debits"
I do not like that the debit transactions do not show a name to who it is paid. It only shows amount & date
-- Poo man75:35, 2024-11-12

### **--- "APP UPDATE IS AWFUL"
New app update is terrible - sure the last version needed some updates, but the HORRIBLE font choices… why!?! Also - you use to be able to click and see more info on transactions- now you aren’t able to. TRY AGAIN! Please!!
-- ChelseaSorrell, 2024-11-11

### *---- "Bad update"
The old app was great. This new version is a glorified, slow webpage. Please revert.
-- RobbyMeeker, 2024-11-10
